KBTG จึงร่วมกับบริษัท ธนบุรี เฮลท์แคร์ กรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ THG ผู้ให้บริการเครือโรงพยาบาลธนบุรี สร้างแพลตฟอร์ม THG HyCar บริการจองรถยนต์รับส่งปลอดเชื้อโควิด เพื่อเป็นช่องทางให้กับประชาชนที่ต้องการเดินทางมาใช้บริการตรวจรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลในเครือธนบุรี เฮลท์แคร์ กรุ๊ป เพียงลงทะเบียนจองการใช้บริการ THG HyCar ผ่านแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ (LINE) @THGinfo ระบุจุดหมายปลายทาง เลือกประเภทรถยนต์ที่ต้องการใช้บริการ กำหนดเวลา ชำระเงิน และเมื่อชำระเงินสำเร็จก็จะได้ใบจองรถผ่านทางแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ เพื่อรอรถมารับตามเวลาที่นัดหมาย

KASIKORN Business-Technology Group (KBTG) has joined with Thonburi Healthcare Group Plc. (THG) in creating THG HyCar to offer a COVID-free shuttle car service in alignment with the ‘new normal’ era. Under stringent cleanliness and hygiene standards, the service aims to make commuters worry-free in their traveling, while reservations can be made easily via LINE @THGinfo. THG HyCar is operational today at hospitals under THG Group in the Greater Bangkok area, the service will be further expanded for travel point-to-point throughout Bangkok and other provinces in response to the country’s reopening.
Dr. Charoenchai Boworntummarat, Senior Principal Visionary Architect, KBTG, noted that at present, life and business are intertwined inevitably through technology. Digital platforms have thus become a part of our daily lives. Amid the COVID-19 outbreak, many people have become concerned about the risk of viral infection while traveling.
To offer a new transportation channel for people wishing to use services at THG’s hospitals, KBTG has partnered with THG to introduce the THG HyCar platform for booking COVID-free shuttle cars. THG HyCar is open to patients using services at any of the four hospitals under the Thonburi Healthcare Group Plc. (THG), namely Thonburi Hospital, Thonburi 2 Hospital, Thonburi Bamrungmuang Hospital and Thonburi Burana Hospital.
Dr. Tanatip adds that two types of cars are available as part of the service: 1. EV Car (Nissan Leaf) and 2. Premium Car (Toyota Camry). Every car is subject to the Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration (SHA) standards. Service users can contact us via LINE @THGinfo to reserve a shuttle car three hours in advance. The THG HyCar COVID-free shuttle car service platform is now open for service and will expand to provide point-to-point car service across Bangkok and other provinces in the near future.
