คนสายเทคฯ มารวมกันตรงนี้ งาน KBTG Inspire เปิดโอกาสให้สุดยอดคนไอทีมากฝีมือทุกระดับ ทั้งนิสิตนักศึกษาจบใหม่ กลุ่มคนวัยทำงานรวมถึงผู้เชี่ยวชาญในแต่ละสาขาได้มีโอกาสโชว์ศักยภาพของตนเองเพื่อร่วมงานกับ KBTG ภายในงานจะมีกิจกรรมพิเศษให้ได้ฝึกฝนทักษะพัฒนาตนเองและสอบสัมภาษณ์กว่า 30 ตำแหน่ง นอกจากโอกาสที่จะได้ทำงานกับ KBTG แล้ว ยังได้ทักษะความรู้ดี ๆ นำไปใช้งานรวมถึงได้เพื่อนใหม่ติดตัวกลับไปด้วย คาดสิ้นปีจะมีพนักงานใหม่กว่า 500 คน รองรับแผนการขยายไปในระดับภูมิภาค
นายเรืองโรจน์ พูนผล ประธาน กสิกร บิซิเนส-เทคโนโลยี กรุ๊ป (KBTG) เปิดเผยว่า ยุทธศาสตร์ของ KBTG มุ่งสู่การเป็น “Best Tech Company in Southeast Asia” รวมถึงการเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีระดับโลกภายในปี 2568 ซึ่งการจะเป็นผู้นำด้านเทคโนโลยีในประเทศและก้าวสู่ระดับภูมิภาคอย่างชัดเจนนั้น เรื่องคนเป็นเรื่องที่สำคัญมากที่สุด เราต้องอาศัยบุคลากรที่มีศักยภาพ เป็นคนรุ่นใหม่ไฟแรง และมีบุคลิกที่สอดคล้องกับวัฒนธรรมองค์กรของ KBTG พร้อมที่จะร่วมสร้างและโตไปกับ KBTG อย่างแท้จริงนั้นจึงเป็นที่มาของงาน “KBTG Inspire” ที่ต้องการเฟ้นหาสุดยอดคนไอทีมากฝีมือมาร่วมงาน โดยงานนี้เปิดโอกาสให้คนสายเทคฯ และผู้สนใจทุกระดับ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นนิสิตนักศึกษาจบใหม่ กลุ่มคนทำงาน หรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญในแต่ละสาขาได้มีโอกาสมาพิสูจน์ศักยภาพของตนเองเพื่อร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการทำงานที่ KBTG กิจกรรมที่เป็นไฮไลต์ ประกอบด้วย
“Agile Playground” กิจกรรมสนุก ๆ ฝึกทักษะการแก้โจทย์ เรียนรู้การทำงานแบบ Agile ที่ KBTG และองค์กรเทคโนโลยีชั้นนำเลือกใช้
“Inspire Talk” ฟังทอล์กโดยยอดฝีมือตังจริงในวงการเทคฯ ที่จะมาแชร์ความรู้ ทักษะ และประสบการณ์ทั้งในด้านธุรกิจและไอที สร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้ผู้มาร่วมงานทุกคน
“Fireside Chat” ฟังทอล์กจากพี่ๆ ตัวจริงของ KBTG ที่มาแชร์ประสบการณ์จริงในการทำงาน การแก้ปัญหา การคิดและสร้างสรรค์งานด้านนวัตกรรมต่างๆ ที่จะช่วยให้แรงบัลดาลใจกับทุกๆคนในการทำงาน
“1:1 Career Mentorship” แนะแนวเส้นทางสู่ความสำเร็จในแต่ละสายงานโดยพี่ ๆ คนเก่งของ KBTG ปรึกษาพร้อมให้คำแนะนำในการพัฒนาตนเองแบบตัวต่อตัว
“Job Interview” สัมภาษณ์งานรอบตัดสินกับทีม Leadership แบบเจาะลึกจัดเต็ม พร้อมพบปะกับหัวหน้างานในอนาคต ตำแหน่งไหนมีสอบเขียนโค้ด จะทราบผลสอบในวันนั้นทันที
เรียกได้ว่ากิจกรรมพิเศษเหล่านี้เป็นกิจกรรมที่ทีมงานจัดขึ้นมาเป็นพิเศษสำหรับผู้ร่วมงาน KBTG Inspire เท่านั้นจะได้รับประโยชน์นอกเหนือจากการสมัครงาน คือ การได้ฝึกฝนทักษะ พัฒนาตนเอง และกล้าที่จะท้าทายอุปสรรคข้างหน้า ซึ่งจะมีให้เฉพาะภายในงานนี้เท่านั้น นอกจากโอกาสที่จะได้ทำงานกับ KBTG แล้ว ยังได้ความรู้ดี ๆ รวมถึงเพื่อนใหม่ติดตัวกลับไปด้วย ทั้งนี้คาดว่าภายในสิ้นปี 2564 KBTG จะรับพนักงานใหม่กว่า 500 คน
ภายในงาน “KBTG Inspire” จะมีการจัดสอบสัมภาษณ์กว่า 30 ตำแหน่ง อาทิ ส่วนของ “Dev” ได้แก่ Software Engineer, Test Manager/Test Engineer, Agile Coach, Business Analyst, Project Manager และ Development Excellence Engineer
ส่วนของ “Data” หรือคนที่ชอบเรื่องของการวิเคราะห์ตัวเลขจะรับสมัครทั้งหมด 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ Data Scientist, Data Engineer และ Enterprise Architect
ด้าน “Cyber & IT Security” ส่วนใหญ่จะเน้นรับคนที่มีประสบการณ์มาบ้างแล้ว
ในขณะที่ “Design” ก็จะเป็น UX/UI Designer สำหรับคนเชื่อมั่นในจินตนาการ รักการออกแบบล้ำ ๆ
ทั้งหมดในส่วนนี้จะอยู่ในส่วนของ Beacon Interface
ส่วนสายงาน “Support” เน้นเรื่องการติดต่อสื่อสารที่ต้องทำงานกับหลายๆ ทีม ได้แก่ Project Management Officer, IT Operation – System Operator และ Tech Community Relationship Professional
นอกจากนี้ยังมี “New Business” เป็น Unit ใหม่ที่เปิดรับสมัคร เช่น KX, Kubix ได้แก่ DeFi / Blockchain Venture Architect, DeFi / Blockchain Tech Lead และ Senior DeFi Frontend Engineer

KBTG to hold ‘KBTG Inspire’ – a grand event to recruit 500 tech talents for its workforce
Welcome, IT people! KBTG Inspire – an event to be held by KASIKORN Business-Technology Group (KBTG) – will serve as a venue for new graduates, working people as well as experts in different fields to showcase their potential in order to be a part of the KBTG workforce. The event will feature special activities for participants to hone their skills and job interviews to recruit for more than 30 positions. Aside from brighter job opportunities at KBTG, attendees will obtain knowledge and skills to be applied to their work while also having a chance to make new friends. KBTG aims to add more than 500 new staff members to its workforce to accommodate its plan of branching out into other countries within the ASEAN region.
Mr. Ruangroj Poonpol, KBTG Chairman, said that KBTG has formulated its strategy of becoming the “Best Tech Company in Southeast Asia” and the world-class tech expert within 2025. To be at the forefront at both the national and regional levels, people are the most important element. We need personnel with potential – the new generation with strong passions and energetic personalities that correspond to KBTG culture. They must be ready to join hands and grow with KBTG. KBTG Inspire has thus been organized with the aim of screening tech talents to join our workforce. The event will embrace IT enthusiasts and any other interested persons, including new graduates, career people and experts in various fields, all of whom can prove their potential in order to work with KBTG. Highlights of the event are as follows:
“Agile Playground” is a fun activity that offers participants a chance to hone their problem-solving skills and learn how to work in an agile way at KBTG and other leading tech companies.
“Inspire Talk” is a special talk session where tech gurus will be invited to share their business and IT knowledge, skills and experience in order to inspire all participants.
“Fireside Chat” is a chat session with KBTG staff members, who will share their work and problem-solving experience and how to create innovations. The chat aims to offer participants motivation for their work.
“1:1 Career Mentorship” is a session where KBTG staff members will offer guidelines for success in all career fields, along with one-to-one advice on personal development.
“Job Interview” is a final and in-depth job interview session with a leadership team, which comprises your potential bosses. For positions requiring a code writing test, applicants will know the results instantly.
These activities have been organized exclusively for participants at the KBTG Inspire event. Aside from potential job offers from KBTG and a chance to meet new friends, the event will offer participants opportunities to improve their skills and engage in personal development so that they can brace for future obstacles. From this event, it is expected that KBTG will be able to recruit more than 500 staff members by the end of 2021.
At the KBTG Inspire event, KBTG will conduct interviews for more than 30 positions, including those for ‘Dev’, such as software engineer, test manager/test engineer, agile coach, business analyst, project manager and development excellence engineer.
For ‘Data’, applications will be accepted from those who love numeric analytics in three positions, namely data scientist, data engineer and enterprise architect.
For “Cyber & IT Security”, we are mainly looking to recruit those who have prior experience.
For “Design”, applicants must be either a User Experience (UX) or User Interface (UI) Designer. These positions are suited to those who are confident in their imagination and love the challenge of creating innovative designs; all of which features as part of Beacon interface.
For “Support”, emphasis will be on communications and coordinating with many different teams. Available positions include project management officer, IT operations – system operator, and tech community relationship professional.
Moreover, the “New Business” division is a new unit that is now open to KX and Kubix applications. Positions include DeFi / Blockchain venture architect, DeFi / Blockchain tech lead and Senior DeFi front-end engineer.
