ก้าวสำคัญสู่ความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอนการนำ Carbon Management Platform ที่พัฒนาโดยบีไอจีมาใช้ ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญของ TVO ในการบรรลุเป้าหมายด้านความยั่งยืน ซึ่งช่วยให้สามารถติดตามและบริหารจัดการปริมาณการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกได้อย่างแม่นยำยิ่งขึ้น พร้อมทั้งช่วยลดเวลาในการจัดเก็บและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ลดความผิดพลาดในการคำนวณ ทั้งนี้ TVO เป็นผู้ใช้งาน Carbon Management Platform รายแรกที่ผ่านการทวนสอบและได้รับการรับรองคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์จาก อบก.
อีกทั้งข้อมูลทั้งหมดยังได้รับการจัดเก็บอย่างเป็นระบบและสามารถเรียกใช้ได้แบบเรียลไทม์ นำไปสู่การบริหารจัดการการใช้พลังงานให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งทาง TVO มีส่วนร่วมในการให้ความเห็นเพื่อพัฒนา Platform ให้ตอบโจทย์การใช้งานได้ดียิ่งขึ้น ทำให้ TVO สามารถวางแผนกลยุทธ์เพื่อลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกจากการดำเนินงานให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ได้ ทั้งการลดการปล่อยการเรือนกระจกร้อยละ 20 ภายในปี 2035 การมุ่งสู่ความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอนในปี 2045 และการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกสุทธิเป็นศูนย์ในปี 2060 ตามลำดับ
