“บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ ไทยพาณิชย์ จำกัด” (SCB Securities Co., Ltd. หรือ SCBS) ประกาศเปลี่ยนชื่อบริษัทเป็น “บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ อินโนเวสท์ เอกซ์ จำกัด” (InnovestX Securities Co., Ltd.) และมีชื่อย่อ INVX โดยจะมีผลในระบบเทรด (ตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ และตลาดสัญญาซื้อขายล่วงหน้า) และเอกสารการทำธุรกรรมต่างๆ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 12 กันยายน 2565 เป็นต้นไป
การเปลี่ยนชื่อบริษัทเป็น “บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ อินโนเวสท์ เอกซ์ จำกัด” (InnovestX) ในครั้งนี้ สอดรับกับทิศทางนโยบายของกลุ่มเอสซีบี เอกซ์ (SCBX) ที่มุ่งมั่นสู่การเป็นกลุ่มเทคโนโลยีทางการเงินระดับภูมิภาค เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมขยายธุรกิจการเงินการลงทุนสู่ตลาดอาเซียน เพิ่มขีดความสามารถองค์กรให้เติบโตอย่างก้าวกระโดด ผ่านเทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมต่างๆ พร้อมนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ และส่งมอบบริการที่ดีที่สุดให้กับลูกค้า นักลงทุน ตอบรับกับบริบทที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปของโลกในยุคปัจจุบัน ทั้งในเรื่องของเทคโนโลยีการเงิน และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค ซึ่งล้วนเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนโลกการเงินแห่งอนาคต
อย่างไรก็ตาม การเปลี่ยนแปลงชื่อของบริษัทฯ ไม่ส่งผลกระทบใดๆ กับธุรกรรมการลงทุน พอร์ตการลงทุนเดิม เอกสารต่างๆ ตลอดจนสิทธิประโยชน์ของลูกค้าที่มีกับบริษัทฯ แต่อย่างใด โดยลูกค้ายังสามารถใช้บริการต่างๆ จากบริษัทฯ รวมถึงแอปพลิเคชันลงทุนภายใต้ชื่อ Easy Invest ได้ตามปกติ

SCBS unveils its name changing to InnovestX from 12 September 2022
SCB Securities Co., Ltd. (SCBS) has announced that the company is changing its name to “InnovestX Securities Co., Ltd.” with the abbreviation “INVX”. This change will come into effect on 12 September 2022 which will be used on stock exchange and futures market trading systems and on transactional documents.
This move for newly branded InnovestX Securities Co., Ltd. (InnovestX) is driven and consistently in line with SCBX’s vision and determination to become a regional financial technology group. InnovestX will be better equipped and ready to enter and expand the financial and investment services into ASEAN market, with the company’s aim to achieve exponential growth through the leverage of technology and innovations. While at the same time, allowing InnovestX to offer the finest investment products and services to satisfy the emerging needs and expectations of its customers. This move is to anticipate the evolving financial technologies and the shifts of consumer behaviors which plays vital roles in driving forward the future of finance.
The investment transactions, existing investment portfolios, documents, and the availed customer benefits will remain unaffected by the company’s name change. The company’s investment application; Easy Invest, is still available to customers, among other services.
