กรุงศรี (ธนาคารกรุงศรีอยุธยา จำกัด (มหาชน)) ร่วมมือกับ ADDX ผู้ให้บริการแพลตฟอร์มการลงทุนใน Private Market ชั้นนำของเอเชีย เน้นย้ำความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาตลาดการลงทุนไทย การเป็นพันธมิตรเชิงกลยุทธ์นี้แสดงให้เห็นถึงจุดยืนของกรุงศรีที่มุ่งเน้นการเป็นพันธมิตรที่ลูกค้าไว้วางใจ (Trusted Partner) และเป็นมากกว่าธนาคารด้วยการสร้างประสบการณ์ Beyond Banking แก่ลูกค้า ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้กับ ADDX ทำให้กรุงศรีเป็นหนึ่งในธนาคารไทยแห่งแรกๆ ของประเทศ ที่นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินระดับโลกภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและได้มาตรฐานระดับโลก
ADDX ได้รับใบอนุญาตจากธนาคารกลางสิงค์โปร์ (Monetary Authority of Singapore หรือ MAS) ในการประกอบธุรกิจแพลตฟอร์มการลงทุนในสินทรัพย์ที่ไม่ได้จดทะเบียนอยู่ในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (Private Market) เมื่อเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ ปี 2563 นับตั้งแต่นั้นเป็นต้นมา ADDX ได้นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์การลงทุนซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยองค์กรชั้นนำมาไม่ต่ำกว่า 30 ราย อาทิเช่น Hamilton Lane, Partners Group, Investcorp, UOB, CGS-CIMB, รวมถึง Mapletree, Azalea และ SeaTown ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทในเครือเทมาเส็ก โดยสินทรัพย์การลงทุนที่มีบริการให้ซื้อขายบนแพลตฟอร์มของ ADDX ประกอบไปด้วย หุ้นของบริษัทที่ไม่ได้จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (Private Equity), ธุรกิจร่วมลงทุน (Venture Capital), ตราสารหนี้ภาคเอกชน (Private Credit), อสังหาริมทรัพย์, กองทุนเฮดจ์ฟันด์, กองทุนที่ลงทุนในสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล, และหุ้นกู้ที่มีอนุพันธ์แฝง โดย ADDX เสนอโอกาสในการลงทุนกับสินทรัพย์ใหม่ๆ ที่ไม่เป็นที่แพร่หลายนักในอดีต และยังช่วยลดมูลค่าเงินลงทุนขั้นต่ำในการระดมทุนได้

Krungsri opens up the new investment business stream via strategic partnership with ADDX in an effort to democratize a new alternative for private equity investment that is safe and more accessible for investors
Bangkok (30 May 2022) – Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL) partners with ADDX, Asia’s largest private market exchange, to reaffirm its commitment to enrich Thailand’s investment market. This strategic partnership reflects the Bank’s business focus to be trusted partner while providing the “Beyond Banking” experience. With this partnership, Krungsri will be among the first Thai banks offering global products and services that is regulated at a global standard.
ADDX became licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a private market exchange in February 2020. Since then, ADDX has listed 30 deals on its platform involving bluechip names such as Hamilton Lane, Partners Group, Investcorp, UOB, CGS-CIMB, as well as Temasek-owned entities Mapletree, Azalea and SeaTown. Asset classes available on ADDX include private equity, venture capital, private credit, real estate, hedge funds, funds with cryptocurrency exposure, and structured products. ADDX offers issuers access to previously untapped capital pools and reduces both the cost and minimum threshold of fundraising projects.
