ต้อนรับมูลนิธิ บางกอก อาร์ต เบียนนาเล่ เปิดตัวงานศิลปะสู่เวทีโลก ในมหกรรมศิลปะนานาชาติ ครั้งที่ 60 ที่ ณ นครเวนิส
เจนเนอราลี่ กรุ๊ป เปิดบ้าน Procuratie Vecchie สถาปัตยกรรมสมัยยุคฟื้นฟูศิลปะวิทยาการที่สวยงามที่สุด และเป็นแลนด์มาร์คสำคัญของนครเวนิส ประเทศอิตาลี อายุเก่าแก่กว่า 500 ปี ซึ่งได้รับการบูรณะครั้งยิ่งใหญ่โดย เจนเนอราลี่ กรุ๊ป ในนามของมูลนิธิ Human Safety Net พร้อมจัดงานต้อนรับคณะผู้จัดงาน มูลนิธิบางกอก อาร์ต เบียนนาเล่ เปิดตัวในมหกรรมศิลปะนานาชาติ เวนิส เบียนนาเล่ ครั้งที่ 60 (The 60th International Art Exhibition, La Biennale di Venezia) ผ่านผลงานศิลปะThe Spirits of Maritime Crossing : วิญญาณข้ามมหาสมุทร พร้อมด้วยผลงานจาก15 ศิลปินชื่อดังจากอาเซียน สู่สายตาชาวโลก
ซึ่งภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณอเล็กเซีย โบโร (Ms. Alexia Boro), Head of the Home of the Human Safety Net ให้การต้อนรับ นายฐาปน สิริวัฒนภักดี ประธานกรรมการและผู้ก่อตั้งมูลนิธิ Bangkok Art Biennale ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ โปษยานนท์ ภัณฑารักษ์ของนิทรรศการครั้งนี้ พร้อมด้วยตัวแทนศิลปินจากประเทศไทยที่ได้นำผลงานมาจัดแสดงในครั้งนี้ พร้อมร่วมชมภาพยนตร์สั้นเรื่องใหม่รอบพิเศษ นำแสดงโดย Marina Abramović ศิลปินที่มีชื่อเสียงระดับโลก ผู้ชนะรางวัลสิงโตทองคำ
นางสาวช่อฟ้า ยุกตะนันท์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายการตลาดและบริหารลูกค้า กลุ่มบริษัท เจนเนอราลี่ ไทยแลนด์ กล่าวว่า “เจนเนอราลี่ ในฐานะแบรนด์ประกันระดับโลกที่มีต้นกำเนิดอย่างยาวนานมาจากอิตาลี ดำเนินธุรกิจในหลายประเทศทั่วโลก รวมถึง ประเทศไทย คนไทยหลายคนรู้จักอิตาลีผ่านผลงานศิลปะหลากหลายรูปแบบ ซึ่งมีอิทธิพลต่อการผสมผสานแนวคิด และต่อยอดสู่ความสร้างสรรค์ในงานหลาย ๆ ด้าน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นศิลปวัฒนธรรม สถาปัตยกรรม งานออกแบบ หรืออาหารก็ดี ในครั้งนี้ เจนเนอราลี่ ไทยแลนด์เอง เรารู้สึกยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้เป็นหนึ่งในผู้ที่ให้การสนับสนุน ให้ผลงานศิลปะของศิลปินชาวไทยและชาวเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ได้สะท้อนเรื่องราว เกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมและประวัติศาสตร์ วิถีชีวิต อันหลากหลายของภูมิภาคเรา ไปในเวทีโลก ที่อิตาลี และหวังว่า คนที่มาเยือน นครเวนิสนั้น จะได้มาสัมผัสกับ ‘วัฒนธรรมลูกผสม’ ที่เกิดจากความแตกต่าง และหลากหลายที่มาผสานกันได้อย่างลงตัว ในงานนี้”
สำหรับ นิทรรศการ “Spirits Of Maritime Crossing : วิญญาณข้ามมหาสมุทร” นำเสนอผลงานนิทรรศการศิลปะแบบร่วมสมัย ที่มาบอกเล่าเรื่องราวของความสัมพันธ์ 10,000 กิโลเมตร ของเมืองบางกอกและเวนิส ทั้งเรื่องราวของการย้ายถิ่น พลัดถิ่น และการล่าอาณานิคมทางทะเล ผ่าน 40 ผลงานศิลปะอันโดดเด่น โดยจัดแสดงผลงานให้รับชมผ่านภาพวาด ประติมากรรม สื่อผสม และวิดีโอจัดวาง
โดยนำเสนอผ่านมุมมองของ 15 ศิลปินชาวไทยและภาคพื้นเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ได้แก่ มารีน่า อบราโมวิช (เซอร์เบีย สหรัฐอเมริกา) พิเชษฐ์ กลั่นชื่น (ไทย) ปรียากีธา ดีอา (สิงคโปร์) จิตติ เกษมกิจวัฒนา (ไทย) นักรบ มูลมานัส (ไทย) จอมเปท คุสวิดานันโต (อินโดนีเซีย) บุญโปน โพทิสาน (ลาว) อัลวิน รีอามิลโล (ฟิลิปปินส์) คไว สัมนาง (กัมพูชา) โม สัท (สาธารณรัฐแห่งสหภาพพม่า-เนเธอร์แลนด์) จักกาย ศิริบุตร (ไทย) เจือง กง ตึง (เวียดนาม) นที อุตฤทธิ์ (ไทย) กวิตา วัฒนะชยังกูร (ไทย) และ หยี่ อิ-ลาน (มาเลเซีย) โดยจะจัดแสดงที่ Palazzo Smith Mangilli Valmarana ณ นครเวนิส สาธารณรัฐอิตาลี ตั้งแต่วันนี้ จนถึง วันที่ 24 พฤศจิกายน 2567

to Welcome Bangkok Art Biennale Foundation, Debuts Arts on the Global Stage at the 60th Venice Biennale
Generali Group has opened the doors of Procuratie Vecchie, a 500-year-old Renaissance masterpiece and a prominent landmark in Venice restored by Generali Group on behalf of the Human Safety Net Foundation, to welcome the organizing committee of the Bangkok Art Biennale Foundation. This event marks the debut of ‘The Spirits of Maritime Crossing,’ a collateral event of the 60th International Art Exhibition, La Biennale di Venezia, featuring works from 15 renowned artists from ASEAN on the global stage.
The event was honored by the presence of Ms. Alexia Boro, Head of the Home of the Human Safety Net, who warmly welcomed Mr.Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi, Founder and Chairman of the Bangkok Art Biennale Foundation, along with Prof. Dr. Apinan Poshyananda, Curator of ‘The Spirits of Maritime Crossing,’ as well as representatives of Thai artists who showcased their works at the exhibition. The event also featured the premiere of a new short film starring world-renowned artist Marina Abramović, a Golden Lion Award Winner.

“The Spirits of Maritime Crossing” showcases contemporary art that narrates the 10,000-kilometer relationship between Bangkok and Venice. Through 40 artworks, the exhibition presents narratives of migration, diaspora, and maritime colonization using paintings, sculptures, mixed media, and video installations. These works convey diverse perspectives by 15 Thai and Southeast Asian artists, including: Marina Abramović (Serbia/US), Pichet Klunchun (Thailand), Priyageetha Dia (Singapore), Chitti Kasemkitvatana (Thailand), Nakrob Moonmanas (Thailand), Jompet Kuswidananto (Indonesia), Bounpaul Phothyzan (Laos PDR), Alwin Reamillo (The Philippines), Khvay Samnang (Cambodia), Moe Satt (Myanmar/ Netherlands), Jakkai Siributr (Thailand), Truong Cong Tung (Vietnam), Natee Utarit (Thailand), Kawita Vatanajyankur (Thailand), and Yee I-Lann (Malaysia/Italy). The exhibition will be held at Palazzo Smith Mangilli Valmarana in Venice, Italy, until 24 November 2024.
