นายพีระพงศ์ พิตรพิบูลพาทิศ (กลาง) ผู้บริหารสูงสุดสายงานสำนักกรรมการและประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร “เคทีซี” หรือ บริษัท บัตรกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ให้การต้อนรับผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์รักขิต รัตจุมพฏ (ที่ 7 จากซ้าย) รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการ และนักศึกษาคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี รวม 19 คน
ซึ่งมาร่วมศึกษาดูงานมหกรรมไกล่เกลี่ยชั้นบังคับคดี ครั้งที่ 33 ที่เคทีซีจัดขึ้นร่วมกับกรมบังคับคดี กระทรวงยุติธรรม เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้สัมผัสประสบการณ์จริงนอกห้องเรียนเป็นกรณีศึกษา และเรียนรู้แนวคิด รูปแบบ รวมทั้งเทคนิคการระงับข้อพิพาท เทคนิคของกระบวนการยุติธรรมเชิงสมานฉันท์ เทคนิคกระบวนการยุติธรรมชุมชน และหลักการของกระบวนการ ไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทตามกฎหมาย โดยมีนายณัชฐปกรณ์ หะไว (ที่ 6 จากซ้าย) ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบังคับคดีจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ร่วมเป็นเกียรติในงานฯ ณ โรงแรมสุนีย์แกรนด์ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี เมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้
อนึ่ง งานมหกรรมไกล่เกลี่ยชั้นบังคับคดี ครั้งที่ 33 นี้ มีผู้เข้าร่วมไกล่เกลี่ยหนี้และรับเงื่อนไขการชำระ 1,479 ราย คิดเป็นภาระหนี้รวมทั้งสิ้น 158 ล้านบาท
KTC Welcomes Ubon Ratchathani University to the 33rd Mediation Fair
Mr. Peerapong Pitrpibulpatit (center), Head of Office of President & CEO, “KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, welcomes Assistant Professor Rakkit Rattajompot (7th from left) Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs along with 19 students from the Faculty of Law at Ubon Ratchathani University. They participates in the 33rd Mediation Fair, organized by KTC in collaboration with the Department of Legal Execution, under the Ministry of Justice. The event provides students with practical, and real-world experiences, allowing them to learn through study case studies and hand-on the concepts, formats, and techniques in dispute resolution, restorative justice, community justice, and legal dispute mediation processes. Mr. Nattapakon Hawai (6th from left), Director of the Ubon Ratchathani Legal Execution Office, also recently presided over the event at the Sunee Grand Hotel, Ubon Ratchathani province.
In addition to the educational activities, the 33rd Mediation Fair saw 1,479 participants engage in debt mediation, resulting in a total of 158 million baht in debt.
