เมื่อเร็วๆ นี้ นายพีระพงศ์ พิตรพิบูลพาทิศ (ที่ 7 จากซ้าย) รองผู้บริหารสูงสุด สายงานสำนักกรรมการและประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร “เคทีซี” หรือ บริษัท บัตรกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) และบริษัท กรุงไทยลีสซิ่ง จำกัด พร้อมด้วยตัวแทนผู้ให้บริการติดตามหนี้ของเคทีซี บริษัท วินเพอร์ฟอร์มานซ์ จำกัด ได้ร่วมกับกรมบังคับคดี โดยนางดวงจันทร์ สุขแสง (ที่ 6 จากซ้าย) ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบังคับคดี จังหวัดสงขลา จัดมหกรรมไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทชั้นบังคับคดี ครั้งที่ 2/2566 ณ โรงแรม ลีการ์เดนส์ พลาซ่า อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา
เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ลูกหนี้เคทีซีได้เจรจาชำระหนี้และยุติคดีอย่างเป็นธรรม ด้วยความพึงพอใจร่วมกัน โดยไม่ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่าย โดยมีลูกหนี้ลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมงานและเข้าสู่กระบวนการไกล่เกลี่ยสำเร็จ 984 ราย หนี้ตามคำพิพากษาจำนวนกว่า 114 ล้านบาท ทั้งนี้ เคทีซีได้จัดมหกรรมไกล่เกลี่ยฯ อย่างต่อเนื่อง จนถึงปัจจุบันรวมทั้งสิ้น 28 ครั้ง และจะจัดครั้งต่อไปที่จังหวัดขอนแก่นและพิษณุโลกในวันที่ 10 เดือนกันยายน 2566
KTC-Legal Execution Department Held a Loan Mediation Fair in Hat Yai.
Recently, Mr. Peerapong Pitrpibulpatit (7th from the left), Deputy Head of Office of President & CEO, “KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, KTB Leasing Company Limited, along with KTC’s loan collection agent representatives from Win Performance Company Limited, have joined forces with the Legal Execution Department by Mrs. Duangchan Suksaeng (6th from left), The Director of Legal Execution Office, Songkhla province. KTC and partners organized the 2nd Loan Dispute Mediation Fair in 2023 at the Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel, Hat Yai district, Songkhla province to provide opportunities for KTC debtors to negotiate payments in a fair manner with mutual satisfaction, free of charge. A total of 984 debtors registered for the event and successfully entered the mediation process, with judgment debt amounting to over 114 million baht. KTC has continually organized mediation fairs with this marking the 28th. The next event will be held in Khon Kaen and Phitsanulok provinces on September 10, 2023.
