“เคทีซี” หรือ บริษัท บัตรกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) พร้อมด้วย บริษัท กรุงไทยธุรกิจลีสซิ่ง จำกัด (KTBL) บริษัท วินเพอร์ฟอร์มานซ์ จำกัด ตัวแทนผู้ให้บริการทวงถามหนี้ของเคทีซีและ KTBL ร่วมกับ กรมบังคับคดี กำหนดจัดมหกรรมไกล่เกลี่ยชั้นบังคับคดี ครั้งที่ 1/2566 ในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 5 มีนาคม 2566 ระหว่างเวลา 09.00 น. – 15.00 น. ณ ห้องอิมพีเรียล แกรนด์ฮอลล์ โรงแรม ดิเอ็มเพรส จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เพื่อช่วยเหลือลูกหนี้เคทีซีและ KTBL ได้มีโอกาสเจรจาชำระหนี้ ด้วยความสะดวก รวดเร็วและเป็นธรรม โดยมีผู้ไกล่เกลี่ยเป็นคนกลางในการหาแนวทางยุติคดี ด้วยความพึงพอใจร่วมกัน โดยที่ลูกหนี้ไม่ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่าย เพียงเตรียมเอกสารประกอบการเจรจาในวันงาน ได้แก่ สำเนาบัตรประชาชนของลูกค้า และในกรณีรับมอบอำนาจไกล่เกลี่ยแทน ขอให้จัดเตรียมสำเนาบัตรประชาชนของลูกค้า สำเนาบัตรประชาชนของผู้รับมอบอำนาจ และหนังสือมอบอำนาจ

KTC partners with Legal Execution Department
to organize Execution Mediation Fair at Chiang Mai on March 5, 2023.
“KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited along with KTB Leasing Company Limited and Win Performance Company Limited, KTC’s and KTBL’s loan collection service agent, and Legal Execution Department, schedule the 1/2023 Execution Mediation Fair on Sunday, 5 March, 2023 between 09.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. at The Imperial Grand Hall, The Empress Chiang Mai Hotel. The event will be organized to help support KTC and KTBL debtors and offer an opportunity for them to negotiate payments at their convenience in a fast and fair manner. The negotiations will be joined by a mediator who will act as the middleman to find a solution to settle the case with mutual satisfaction. Debtors attend the event free of charge and are required to prepare document (s) for negotiation on the day of the event, which is a copy of the customer’s ID card. In the case that the attendee has been given the power of attorney to mediate, copies of the customer’s ID card, the attorney’s ID card, and power of attorney document are required.
