นางสาวขัตติยา อินทรวิชัย ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร ธนาคารกสิกรไทย และนายพัชร สมะลาภา Group Chairman บริษัท กสิกร อินเวสเจอร์ จำกัด ร่วมแถลงข่าว ธนาคารกสิกรไทยเดินหน้ายุทธศาสตร์สร้างการเติบโตธุรกิจในระยะยาว ประกาศแยก “บริษัท กสิกร อินเวสเจอร์ จำกัด” หรือ เคไอวี (KASIKORN INVESTURE: KIV) เพิ่มความคล่องตัวในการรุกธุรกิจให้บริการการเงินกับลูกค้ารายย่อย พร้อมใช้ศักยภาพของพันธมิตรร่วมกับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่มีอยู่ของธนาคาร เพื่อให้สามารถลดต้นทุนธุรกิจ และลดต้นทุนความเสี่ยงด้านเครดิต ปัจจุบัน บริษัทที่อยู่ในโครงสร้างของเคไอวี ประกอบด้วย 14 บริษัท มีมูลค่าการลงทุนรวมประมาณ 30,000 ล้านบาท
KASIKORNBANK spins off “KASIKORN INVESTURE COMPANY LIMITED” to reduce business costs while bolstering capabilities in financial services for retail customers
Ms. Kattiya Indaravijaya, KBank Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Patchara Samalapa, Group Chairman of KASIKORN INVESTURE COMPANY LIMITED, together hosted a press conference on KBank’s spinoff of “KASIKORN INVESTURE COMPANY LIMITED” (KIV) in alignment with its strategy of long-term business growth. The move is aimed at enhancing flexibility in its expansion of financial services to retail customers, especially by leveraging its business partners’ capabilities with KBank’s existing infrastructure in order to minimize business and credit costs. Currently, there are 14 companies under KIV’s structure with a total investment value of around 30 billion Baht.
