ธนาคารกสิกรไทยแจ้งจะปิดให้บริการชั่วคราว เพื่อพัฒนาระบบให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น ในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 9 เมษายน 2566 ช่วง เวลา 00:00 – 09:00 น. ส่งผลให้ลูกค้าไม่สามารถทำธุรกรรม ดังนี้
– การทำธุรกรรมทุกประเภทที่ตู้ธนาคารกสิกรไทย
– การใช้บัตรทุกประเภทของธนาคารกสิกรไทย ที่ตู้ธนาคารอื่น
– การฝากเงินสดที่ตู้ธนาคารอื่น เข้าบัญชีธนาคารกสิกรไทย
ทั้งนี้ ธุรกรรมฝาก ถอน โอน ผ่านช่องทางอื่นของธนาคารยังสามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติ

KBank announces service suspension for system efficiency improvement on April 9, 2023
KASIKORNBANK (KBank) will temporarily close its system for efficiency improvement on Sunday, April 9, 2023, from 12:OO a.m. (midnight) to 09:00 a.m., during which time customers will not be able to conduct financial transactions via the following channels:
– All transactions at K-ATMs
– Use of all types of KBank cards at ATMs of other banks
– Cash deposit to KBank account at ATMs of other banks
However, deposit, withdrawal and funds transfer via other channels can be conducted as usual.
