ธนาคารกสิกรไทย ได้รับการยกย่องให้เป็นองค์กรแบบอย่างด้านการดำเนินธุรกิจด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และ ธรรมาภิบาลที่ดีในระดับเอเชีย จากงาน 16th Asian ESG Award 2021 – The Best of Asia จัดโดยนิตยสาร Corporate Governance Asia จำนวน 2 รางวัล ได้แก่ รางวัลองค์กรแบบอย่างด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และธรรมาภิบาลดีเด่นระดับเอเชีย (Asia’s Icon on ESG) สะท้อนความสำเร็จในการดำเนินธุรกิจตามหลักการธนาคารแห่งความยั่งยืน ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี การบริหารความเสี่ยง และการบริหารจัดการต้นทุนที่เหมาะสม เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสมดุลทั้งในมิติเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม อีกทั้งเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายในการเจริญเติบโตและสร้างผลตอบแทนอย่างยั่งยืนในระยะยาวให้แก่ผู้มีส่วนได้เสียทุกฝ่าย
และรางวัลผู้นำองค์กรดีเด่นในเอเชียแห่งปี (Asian Corporate Director Award) มอบให้แก่คุณขัตติยา อินทรวิชัย ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร ธนาคารกสิกรไทย ในฐานะผู้นำองค์กรที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการบริหารกิจการตามแนวปฏิบัติด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และธรรมาภิบาลที่ดี และขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานขององค์กรตามหลักการธนาคารแห่งความยั่งยืน
KBank honored with two awards in recognition of its outstanding ESG performance in Asia
KBank was praised as an exemplary organization on ESG through the two awards garnered from the 16th Asian ESG Award 2021 – The Best of Asia, organized by Corporate Governance Asia Magazine. They are the Asia’s Icon on ESG, which recognizes KBank’s successful business operations in line with the principles of a Bank of Sustainability, under good corporate governance, appropriate risk and cost management, accounting for the balance of economic, social and environmental dimensions in order to achieve growth and create sustainable long–term returns for all stakeholders. The Asian Corporate Director Award was also presented to Ms. Kattiya Indaravijaya, KBank Chief Executive Officer, in recognition of her leadership in an organization that prioritizes business operations in alignment with ESG criteria and the principles of a Bank of Sustainability.
