KBank launches the ‘NPA Big Sale’ campaign, with no home transfer fees and zero-interest rate for six months
KBank has unveiled the ’NPA Big Sale’ campaign exclusively for those wishing to own a home more easily. More than 3,000 preowned homes, including detached houses, townhomes, condominium units, commercial buildings and other properties – located in attractive areas nationwide – have been carefully selected for this campaign. They are offered for sale at discounts of up to 60 percent. Prospective buyers will enjoy a free home transfer fee of up to 200,000 Baht along with interest-free loan for six months and 100-percent maximum loan limit, plus additional discounts on home décor items worth more than 8,000 Baht from Boonthavorn. Customers who buy preowned homes costing not more than 3 million Baht from KBank are eligible for a 0.01-percent mortgage registration fee from the government, as well.
