กรุงศรี (ธนาคารกรุงศรีอยุธยา จำกัด (มหาชน)) ร่วมกับ บริษัท เอ็กซ์เพรสซอฟท์แวร์กรุ๊ป จำกัด ผู้พัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์บัญชีสำเร็จรูป เปิดให้บริการ Krungsri Bill Payment Online ที่เชื่อมต่อระบบการรับชำระเงินเข้ากับซอฟต์แวร์บัญชี เพื่อให้ธุรกิจ SME สามารถรับชำระเงินได้ง่าย ๆ ลูกค้าจ่ายเงินได้อย่างสะดวกและปลอดภัย ที่สำคัญ SME สามารถใช้ได้ทันที ลดต้นทุนในการพัฒนาระบบไอที

โดยความร่วมมือนี้จะช่วยให้ SME ก้าวข้ามข้อจำกัดในการลงทุนด้านไอทีเพื่อเชื่อมต่อระบบ รวมทั้งลดความยุ่งยากในการจัดการใบแจ้งหนี้และการกระทบยอดบัญชี โดยระบบนี้จะสร้าง QR ลงในใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice) ของร้านค้า SME เพื่อให้ลูกค้าชำระเงินด้วยการสแกนคิวอาร์โค้ดได้ทันที ซึ่งเป็นความสะดวกประการแรก ขณะเดียวกันเมื่อลูกค้าชำระเงิน ระบบจะทำการจับคู่ยอดเงินกับใบแจ้งหนี้ทันทีว่ายอดเงินที่ชำระเข้ามานั้นมาจากลูกค้ารายใด ถูกต้องหรือไม่ จากใบแจ้งหนี้ฉบับใด (Auto invoice Matching) พร้อมทั้งจัดการกระทบยอดบัญชีให้แบบเรียลไทม์ นับเป็นการช่วยบริหารจัดการด้านบัญชีและการเงินให้กับธุรกิจ เพิ่มความสะดวกไปอีกขั้น ซึ่งโซลูชันนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์กับ SME ขนาดเล็กให้สามารถเข้าถึงเทคโนโลยีการรับชำระเงินได้ โดยไม่ต้องใช้เงินลงทุนจำนวนมากกับทรัพยากรด้านไอทีในการเขียนโปรแกรมขึ้นมาใหม่เอง”

Krungsri joins hands with Express accounting software to offer ‘Krungsri Bill Payment Online’ service, providing SMEs with easy and secure access to payment technology at reduced IT cost
Bangkok (13 March 2025) – Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL) and Express Software Group Co Ltd, developer of ready-made accounting software, collaborate to launch the service of ‘Krungsri Bill Payment Online’ that links the payment system with accounting software, allowing SMEs to receive payments easily while their customers make payments conveniently and safely. Importantly, SMEs can use the service immediately, thereby reducing IT system development costs.
Miss Ninlawan Jeeraboon, Krungsri Head of Transaction Banking Group, said “Krungsri and Express Software Group have worked together to link ‘Krungsri Bill Payment Online’ with the ready-made accounting software using API technology. This collaboration will help SMEs overcome the limitations of IT investment for system connection as well as simplifying the process of invoice management and account reconciliation. The system will generate a QR code on the invoice of the SME merchant so that customers can pay by scanning the QR code immediately. This is the first convenience offered by the system. Simultaneously, when customers make the payment, the system will proceed with auto invoice matching and perform real-time account reconciliation. This process effectively assists SMEs in accounting and financial management, providing further convenience. The solution will be beneficial for small SMEs as they can access payment technology without having to invest huge sum of money and IT resources to write the program on their own.”
