กรุงศรี (ธนาคารกรุงศรีอยุธยา จำกัด (มหาชน)) ประกาศแต่งตั้ง นางสาวพัทธ์หทัย กุลจันทร์ ดำรงตำแหน่งประธานคณะเจ้าหน้าที่ด้านธุรกิจอาเซียน ธนาคารกรุงศรีอยุธยา จำกัด (มหาชน) และรักษาการกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท อยุธยา แคปปิตอล
เซอร์วิสเซส จำกัด โดยมีผลตั้งแต่เมื่อวันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2567 เป็นต้นมา
ในฐานะประธานคณะเจ้าหน้าที่ด้านธุรกิจอาเซียน นางสาวพัทธ์หทัยจะดูแลรับผิดชอบในการบริหารงาน วางแผนกลยุทธ์ และพัฒนาธุรกิจในภูมิภาคอาเซียนของกรุงศรี ซึ่งครอบคลุมใน 5 ประเทศ ประกอบด้วย สปป. ลาว กัมพูชา เวียดนาม ฟิลิปปินส์ และอินโดนีเซีย โดยธุรกิจอาเซียนถือเป็นธุรกิจที่กรุงศรีให้ความสำคัญเป็นอย่างยิ่ง และนับเป็นแรงขับเคลื่อนที่สำคัญภายใต้แผนธุรกิจระยะกลางฉบับปัจจุบัน เพื่อมุ่งสู่เป้าหมายในการเป็น “ธนาคารชั้นนำแห่งภูมิภาค” ที่ต้องการเชื่อมโยงและพัฒนาธุรกิจการเงินในภูมิภาคอาเซียนให้เติบโตอย่างแข็งแกร่ง ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของลูกค้าทั้งในประเทศไทยและอาเซียนด้วยเครือข่ายที่แข็งแกร่งของกรุงศรีและ MUFG
ด้วยประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจการเงินมากว่า 23 ปี นางสาวพัทธ์หทัย เป็นผู้บริหารที่มีความรู้และความเชี่ยวชาญที่หลากหลาย ทั้งในด้านการบัญชีและการเงิน การบริหาร วางแผนกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด และการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ในธุรกิจการเงินเพื่อรายย่อย โดยเฉพาะด้านสินเชื่อส่วนบุคคล ตลอดระยะเวลากว่า 17 ปีที่ร่วมงานกับกรุงศรีกรุ๊ป นางสาวพัทธ์หทัยนับเป็นผู้บริหารหญิงรุ่นใหม่ที่มีความเป็นผู้นำ กล้าตัดสินใจ มีความมุ่งมั่นในการทำงานที่เปี่ยมด้วยพลังในการพิชิตเป้าหมายและความเป็นเลิศ นอกจากนี้ ยังได้สร้างผลงานที่โดดเด่นมากมายในด้านการบริหารงานโครงการเชิงกลยุทธ์ การบริหารงบประมาณและการลงทุนของกรุงศรี คอนซูมเมอร์ รวมทั้งที่เป็นกำลังสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนและสร้างการเติบโตที่แข็งแกร่งให้กับธุรกิจของกรุงศรี คอนซูมเมอร์ และกรุงศรี เฟิร์สช้อยส์
นางสาวพัทธ์หทัย สำเร็จการศึกษาปริญญาตรีบริหารธุรกิจ สาขาการเงินการธนาคาร จากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และปริญญาโท สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ จากมหาวิทยาลัยจอร์จ วอชิงตัน (The George Washington University) สหรัฐอเมริกา
Krungsri appoints Head of ASEAN Business Group
Bangkok (5 March 2024) – Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL) has announced the appointment of Miss Pathatai Kulachan as the Head of ASEAN Business Group, and Acting Managing Director of Ayudhya Capital Services Company Limited, effective from 1 March 2024.
In her role as Head of ASEAN Business Group, Miss Pathatai will be responsible for overseeing the management and strategic planning of businesses across ASEAN, covering five countries: Lao PDR, Cambodia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Indonesia. Krungsri places significant emphasis on its ASEAN businesses, considering it as a key driver in achieving in the current Medium-Tern Business Plan (MTBP), with the goal of becoming the “Leading Regional Bank.” This appointment underscores Krungsri’ s commitment to strengthening its presence and serving the needs of customers not only in Thailand but also across the ASEAN region by leveraging Krungsri and MUFG’s strong networks.
With over 23 years of extensive experience in finance and banking, Miss Pathatai has comprehensive knowledge, and expertise in various areas including accounting and finance, management, strategic marketing planning, and retail banking product development, particularly in personal loans. Over her 17 years with Krungsri Group, Miss Pathatai has consistently demonstrated her strong leadership and decision-making skills. She exhibits unwavering commitment to achieving goals and passion for excellence. Furthermore, she has delivered remarkable achievements in strategic project management as well as cost, budget, and investment management of Krungsri Consumer. She has also been a strong driving force behind the success and strong growth of Krungsri Consumer and Krungsri First Choice.
Miss Pathatai holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, majoring in Banking and Finance, from Chulalongkorn University, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from The George Washington University, USA.
